BNCA. Timeshare Housing Project.
A Timesharing Housing project done for my undergrad's academic housing project. The site is in Wai, India a district in the same state and the concept given to us was to create a holiday apartment and housing site with a variety of typologies ranging from units to individual homes for the terrace contoured site overlooking the valley. I decided to come up with a concept of a space for relaxation and wellness activities for the residents creating a calm environment for their vacation in this housing system.
Along with their private space a bunch of amenities an services like yoga classes, spa and sauna rooms as well as a pool for their enjoyment are provided for the residents.
Apartments.
Apartment blocks with units are repeated and juxtaposed in a
puzzled fashion forming open to sky courtyards in between.
Twin Houses.
The same layout mirrored to form Twin Houses, perfect for joint families or a group of families to spend their time close to each other. With ample parking spaces and a small front yard for kids to play in.

Bungalows.
The Bungalow units designed are placed across the site for the timeshare to provide accommodations for timeshare family residents who require an individual home and privacy.
The bungalows are designed to accommodate 3 bedrooms and a special feature of a double heighted living with glass paneling between the dining, small terraces provided around the house.
